At Primewear Wholesale Ltd, we aim to deliver women's footwear orders safely, clearly, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM GMT
Order handling time: 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday
Estimated transit time: 3-4 business days, Monday to Friday
Estimated total delivery time: 4-6 business days after your order is placed
Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Shipping Costs
Standard UK shipping is free for all orders unless a different delivery option or charge is shown at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted delivery partners, which may include Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other suitable UK courier services.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
1. Check that the shipping address on your order is correct.
2. Check safe places around your property.
3. Ask neighbours or household members if they accepted the parcel.
4. Contact the courier using your tracking number.
If the parcel is officially confirmed as lost, please contact us at info@primewearwholesaleltd.shop with your order number. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
